  • 3333 N Grren Bay Road
  • Racine, WI 53403

Chapter 838 is a local organ of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA), an International organization established to promote the passion for general aviation. Our operation and activities are member driven. Our chapter is active in promoting aviation interests and education to the community at large. Based at Batten Airport (RAC) in Racine, Wisconsin, we currently we have over 200 members, and meet once a month as a group for fun, food and aviation presentations. We have an active Homebuilder’s Night, sponsor Young Eagles Rallies, host periodic ground school classes, as well as maintain  the Southeast Wisconsin Aviation Museum and Hall of Fame. That is only a portion of our activities and events which we sponsor on a regular basis.
